At Steaming Along the Line, our mission is to provide steam locomotive enthusiasts with valuable insights, history, and technical commentary on the surviving and operating steam locomotives nationwide. We believe in empowering our listeners and strongly suggest ideas and questions for our topics being presented.
Our podcast is hosted by Zac McGinnis, a passionate historical steam railroader since 2008. Zac has worked on a number of steam locomotives across the country in positions that range from planning/logistics to operations. He's excited to share his stories of working on steam as well as interviewing many of the experts in the steam locomotive industry.
